Fiberglass
Our sculptures, statues, and figurines are made from fiberglass. The product is made to order and designed based on what the customer desires. Finishing touches, like coloring, can also be specified by the customer.
To reduce the price and weight of the large sculptures (for example: lion, camel, tiger, etc), we can make the fiberglass sculpture with a hollow space inside. A large sculpture requires 5 – 8 days of production time. Smaller sculptures can be produced in 5 days for every 40 - 100 pieces.
A fiberglass sculpture can also be produced without the hollow space inside. Typically, this is limited to smaller fiberglass sculptures. A smaller sculpture is less than 20 cm in height and is also made from other materials, like sand and calcite. These kinds of fiberglass sculptures can be produced in 10-30 units a day.
New designs are possible and encouraged. However, new designs require the additional time to produce the model and master mold.
The "model" is a clay statue formed per the client’s order/design. After the model is produced, a “master mold” is made to produce the fiberglass products. We welcome any customer who is interested in a unique and custom design.
Price and production time may change due to: Order quantity, size and degree of difficulty of the sculpture, etc, and possibly requiring new models or master molds.
