To Make an Order
Please fill the form to make an order. Any field with an * mark is required and must be completed. The information you provide to Ra Lifestyle will only be used to process your order. You will not be contacted by Ra Lifestyle unless there is a problem with your order or you have opted to receive Ra Lifestyle updates by email. You may update or change your personal information by sending an email to service@bali-ralifestyle.com. Should there be any changes to Ra Lifestyle´s Privacy Guarantee, all affected users will be notified by email and all relevant changes will be posted to this portion of the site.
Order Status
You can contact our representative to find out the status of your orders. Please send an email to orders@bali-ralifestyle.com and include your name, order number, and email address. A representative will email you back with information about the progress of your order.
Production time :
For special made to order, production time will be 2 to 6 weeks, depending on quantity or specific item. Production time/process for not ‘ready stock’ items will start 2 days after your down payment is received.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
If your order has not yet been produced and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at service@bali-ralifestyle.com and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been produced or shipped. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it. For any order cancellation there is no down payment refund.
Pricing
Price fluctuation occurs primarily because the artists have control over their pricing and can change their prices based on the supply and demand of their products. Additionally, currency values may fluctuate and thus require Ra Lifestyles to assess pricing levels. All listed prices do not include the shipping or delivery cost of the item.
Payment
For made to order, customers must transfer the down payment first (40%) and send us a copy of the bank transfer. The balance due must be settled before products are delivered, or at time of collection (for customers who are located within our delivery area). For ready stock items, full payment is required before orders are shipped or at time of delivery (for customers who located within our delivery area).

Delivery Times
Made to orders products, for customers located in our delivery area, will arrive to the destination address 3 days - one week after production has completed. The delivery time for a location outside our normal delivery area will depend on your shipping destination and your choice of shipping service (we will show you a list of available shipping services and their corresponding prices and timeframes). In the event that your order must be specially made, you will be contacted by email (within 1 business day after your order has been approved) and informed of the nature of the delay and the expected timeframe for shipment of your order.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is free for customers within our delivery areas with a minimum purchase of IDR 500,000. Orders shipped outside our normal delivery area will be assessed an additional charge.

Shipping Methods
We use DHL, FedEx, and other courier services to deliver most packages. Therefore, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure to provide a street address for all shipping destinations. Most items at Ra Lifestyle will ship direct to you from our office. Please be sure to carefully review the shipping options available for your area/country when selecting your shipping service. If we determine that we will not be able to deliver within the promised timeframe, we will contact you by email within one business day.
Shipping outside the Indonesia
In keeping with our international focus, Ra Lifestyle can help customers ship to many countries around the world. For a complete list of countries we currently serve, please view our International Shipping Table.
Address Errors
Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when completing your order form. Ra Lifestyle is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact Customer Service at service@bali-ralifestyle.com
We are not responsible for:
- An incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable
- An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits
- A move or sudden change of address resulting in the refusal or non-delivery of an order
- An APO or FPO address has been provided as the shipping address
- A PO Box has been provided as the shipping address
Returns & Refund
If your return is in any way a result of an error by Ra Lifestyle, we will refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning. If the return is not a result of an error by Ra Lifestyle, you will be responsible for all shipping and box costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). No product refunds are available after 30-days from when a product has been shipped. Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service. There are no refunds or returns on custom orders. Please use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it. Damaged goods, due to client packaging, are not the responsibility of Ra Lifestyle.
Damaged/Incorrect Products or Incomplete Orders
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please immediately send an email to Customer Service at service@bali-raLifestyle.com. In your message indicate your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation. Ra Lifestyle will replace any products that might be missing from your order or any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs. The correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge or you will be given a full refund (including shipping costs).
